Yoshiteru will be your test for the Dojo Mission “Master of the Dual Blades”. Despite some decent Toughness, draining his Ki and staggering him isn’t too hard. Bait his attacks and follow-up, avoiding his overhead strikes. You need to also avoid getting cornered or running out of Ki but even if Yoshiteru hits you with a finisher, it isn’t the end of the world.
