Nioh 2: Darkness in the Capital DLC Out on October 25th

Nioh 2 Dakness in the Capital

Team Ninja’s Nioh 2 may have released in March 2020 but the developer continues to roll out story DLC. The second major DLC is called Darkness in the Capital and will see the protagonist heading to Kyoto City. The Sohayamaru from The Tengu’s Disciple springs to life again, transporting them to the Heian Period where the Yokai reign supreme.

Fortunately, there are other heroes to fight with including a demon slayer and powerful sorcerer. Together, this motley group with wage war against the Yokai. Along with a new story, there will be new Yokai to fight, new bosses, new Guardian Spirits and a weapon said to please hand-to-hand combat fans.

New skills, Ninjutsu, Onmyo Magic, Soul Cores and armor sets will also be included. Nioh 2: Darkness in the Capital is out on October 15th for PS4. Stay tuned for more details and reveals in the coming weeks. The DLC can be purchased standalone but is also part of the Season Pass which costs $20.
