Nioh 2 is coming in a month’s time, and the action RPG is promising a lot of what people loved about the first game: a mix of historical/mystical action with an involved combat system and roughly the same amount of missions to tackle. The game has gone gold, but you will get more one more chance to try the game out before it releases in March with a Last Chance Trial.

As announced via the official PlayStation blog, the Last Chance Trial will begin at midnight PT February 28th. It will include three missions for you to slice your way through. Progress will not carry over to the final game, though your character will, so feel free to go wild crafting your samurai. It’s not clear if all the material here will be new to players, or if some of it shared with the previous beta.

Nioh 2 is out only on PlayStation 4 on March 13th. The Last Chance Trial will begin on February 28th and run until March 1st. You will not need a PS Plus subscription to utilize the trial.
