Gunichi Suda of Grasshopper Manufacture had been teasing of late that Travis Touchdown would be returning in full very soon, and true to his word, his game was revealed at Nintendo’s E3 2019 Direct presentation. No More Heroes 3 got confirmed and revealed.

A trailer revealed the game, showing Travis Touchdown in all his flashy and bombastic glory. And yes- there were pop culture references. There was no gameplay shown off, but we do know it’s going to be a proper action adventure title like previous No More Heroes titles, unlike the recently released eccentric spinoff Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes.

No More Heroes 3 is out on Nintendo Switch exclusively, and it will release some time in 2020- no specific release date was given. We’ll be hearing more about the game as we get closer to launch. In the meantime, stay tuned, because Nintendo’s E3 Direct presentation is still going on, and there’s a lot coming our way at a rapid click.
