Upcoming adventure game Open Roads has been on many people’s radars for a while now, and from its striking hand-drawn aesthetic to its promise of an emotional, narrative-driven experience, to the fact that it’s starring Keri Russel and Kaitlyn Dever as its dual protagonists, there’s plenty about the game that’s caught the eye. But with less than a month left to its launch, publisher Annapurna Interactive has announced a short delay.

Open Roads, which was originally set to launch on February 22, has been pushed back by a little over a month, and is now set to launch on March 28. Annapurna Interactive confirmed the same in a statement to Engadget, stating that the delay will help “ensure the most polished experience for players”. Given how packed February is, the delay might actually work out in the game’s favour.

Upon launch, Open Roads will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game will also be available via Game Pass.
