Ori and the Blind Forest

Remember Ori and The Blind Forest and how developer Moon Studios announced a Definitive Edition of the game back at Gamescom? We’ll have to wait a little longer to get our hands on the same as the studio announced a Spring 2016 release.

Speaking on Twitter, the developer said, “In official news: We want to let our fans know that you can play Ori Definitive Edition in Spring 2016 & will have more news to share soon!”

Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition is essentially the original game but with new areas, new mechanics and new abilities. Not much else is known about it at this point, so it would help if we received more news. The original game was out this year and garnered quite the critical praise for its Metroid-vania style gameplay.

Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition will be available on Xbox One and PC via Windows 10. Are you looking forward to it? Let us know in the comments.
