Overkill Software The Walking Dead

Overkill Software will finally be showcasing its first person shooter adaptation of The Walking Dead at E3 2015.

505 Games, who is publishing the game, revealed that The Walking Dead will be revealed on the showroom floor. Payday 2: Crimewave Edition will also be present, seeing as it’s releasing later this week in Europe and during E3 2015 in North America.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead will be vastly different from Telltale Games’ adaptation of the same. The game will feature elements of survival horror and action. It will also be set in Washington, which has become overrun with zombies, and will be releasing in 2016 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It may sound typical but the development team promises it’ll be the game fans have been waiting for.

What are your thoughts on The Walking Dead appearing at E3 2015? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information in the coming week.
