Overkill's The Walking Dead

Overkill Software and Starbreeze Studios has started releasing trailers for its upcoming game based on The Walking Dead universe. Granted, the latest trailer (produced by Goodbye Kansas Studios) only introduces one of the playable characters Aidan and doesn’t tell us much about the actual gameplay. Still, it’s a nice little introduction to Overkill’s The Walking Dead.

What we do know thus far is that the game is a four player co-op first person shooter where players will be battle the zombie. Living foes will also pop up as is usually the case in The Walking Dead universe. The setting here appears to be Washington D.C. as players struggle to survive and thus far, we’re intrigued.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead will release in Fall 2018 and will release for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you haven’t already, then it’s worth checking out Overkill Software’s Payday franchise for its four player co-op heists and mayhem.
