Roadhog’s Hook

Long ago, it was prophesied that Roadhog’s hook would become the drill that pierced the sky and everything beyond it. That didn’t happen but it hasn’t stopped the tank’s hook from committing physics-defying grapples. Where you behind a wall or crate? Roadhog’s hook will find you. Was there a ledge and plenty of elevation between you? Get hooked. Were you on the other side of the map, protected by the Great Wall of China? Well, that might help actually. Though Blizzard did “fix” the hook so that players wouldn’t phase through solid objects to be delivered to death’s doorstep, that still hasn’t stopped some immensely unrealistic hooks from happening. Can it be fixed, at least with a slight nerf to range? Who knows but as it stands, Roadhog’s hook needs some serious fixes. In this triple tank meta, he’s already extremely favoured thanks to his high damage, large health pool and self-healing ability (which can also build up his ult).
