Overwatch 2 - Battle for Olympus_02

The development team at Blizzard Entertainment promised more choices with rewards in Overwatch 2 with Season 3. In its Season 2 retrospective, it confirmed that Overwatch Credits were returning. Currently known as Legacy Credits as a carryover from the first game, players can earn up to 1500 Credits for free and an additional 500 from the Season 3 Premium Battle Pass.

All Epic and Legendary skins available before Overwatch 2 will be available to purchase at all times for both Overwatch Credits or Coins. No more waiting for them to appear in the Store for a limited time. Legendary Skins are also reducing in price to 1500 Credits/Coins. As for players who have an excess amount of Credits, the developer is “looking into additional ways” to use them in the future.

Further updates are coming in future seasons, with the team listening to feedback from fans. Overwatch 2: Season 3 starts on February 7th and features Amaterasu Kiriko as an all-new Mythic skin. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
