Hero Mastery mode recently launched for Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2, adding obstacle courses for Tracer, Reinhardt and Mercy. The developer promised more additions later this season, but they’ve arrived sooner than expected. Players can partake in Sojourn’s Hero Mastery and compete for the best times on the leaderboards.

Hero Mastery is tailored towards a hero’s specific abilities, with three different courses and varying difficulty levels to master. For Sojourn, that involves Railgun kills, sliding and more. Completing these will grant a Player Icon, Name Card and XP for the Battle Pass.

Winston is the next character to receive Hero Mastery courses later this season, so stay tuned for more details. Blizzard will add more heroes in future seasons but currently offers a limited-time event for the mode that grants a Souvenir, Spray, Title and Weapon Charm. It’s available until September 25th for all players.

Overwatch 2 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
