Overwatch 2’s Next Hero is Juno, Arrives on August 20th

The latest Support for the hero shooter can speed-boost allies, glide through the air and call down an Orbital Ray to increase damage.

Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the next Support hero coming to Overwatch 2 – Juno, formerly codenamed Space Ranger. Utilizing a Mediblaster, which can heal allies and harm enemies with burst fire, she’s available to play on August 20th as part of Season 12. Check out her first gameplay below.

As with heroes like Mauga and Venture, players can try out her early from July 19th to 21st. Alongside her Mediblaster, Juno can use Pulsar Torpedoes to lock on to enemies and allies, damaging the former while healing the latter.

Hyper Ring provides a speed boost for allies who pass through, while Orbital Ray, her Ultimate, will increase damage against foes and restore health for friendlies. On top of all this, Juno can also Glide Boost to go airborne and slowly descend.

Season 12 should also include a new Premium Battle Pass and Mythic Skin, the potential arrival of Clash as a new core mode, and more. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
