Overwatch Control Mode Maps Suffering From Visual Bug, Percentage Increasing Quickly

Another one bites the bug.

Overwatch players have come across a new bug – yes, another one – and this one is actually pretty annoying, from the looks of it. This one usually happens to players in Control mode on several maps, and while it’s nothing more than a visual bugs (from the looks of it), people have regardless been noticing it, and complaining about it.

What essentially happens is that the hold percentage displayed on the top of the screen starts accelerating towards its cap at an alarming pace, and once it reaches 100 per cent within seconds, the game still keeps on going. The percentage being displayed, essentially, isn’t a visual representation of the hold percentage in the game, and the bug means that players have no idea what the actual percentage is and just when the game will be finished.

Plenty of people have been reporting this, but Blizzard have not yet responded. Have you encountered this bug? Chances are you have, because it seems it’s a pretty common one. Let us know in your comments below!
