Overwatch is receiving a new update in April, what with a new event coming up, and not surprisingly, keen eyed fans have managed to leak new skins for four of the game’s characters.
Reddit user AsranStark has taken a snap of a screen on Xbox Live that shows characters Reinhardt, Torbjorn, Tracer and Mercy in new skins. They’re donning their original Overwatch costumes, and their look is in fact highly reminiscent of the outfits seen in Overwatch’s Uprising comic. Is it possible, then, that other characters might also receive skins and updates to make them look more like their comic counterparts?
The update hits the game April 11, and Blizzard have promised fans that through it, they will be telling a lot more of the game’s story, rather than having to rely on comics and other media. What are you looking forward to in the update? Tell us in your comments below.
