Paladins Closed Beta Begins on PS4 and Xbox One

Founder's Pack grants instant access.

Hi-Rez Studios’ hero shooter Paladins has entered the closed beta stage on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. If you want to enter the beta, you can do so by purchasing the Founder’s Pack (available for $20 but currently available for $15). This provides access to all characters, present and future, along with instant beta access so it’s not the worst deal.

If you don’t want to put the money down, then try signing up on the official Paladins website for possible closed beta access. Hi-Rez has confirmed on PlayStation Blog that a free open beta will be coming later so don’t worry.

Paladins arrived as a free to play title on Steam last year and has since garnered a strong following. This was despite comparisons to Overwatch, which the developer has been fighting against ever since. It will be receiving 15 new heroes this year so clearly there’s a lot of support planned.
