After accruing more than 32 million players, cross-platform play is officially live in Pocketpair’s Palworld courtesy of update 0.5.0. Players across all platforms – PS5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S – can now play together, co-oping to capture and/or slaughter Pals.
The update also adds the Global Palbox for transferring your Pals across worlds. A new Dimensional Pal Storage provides ten times as much storage for Pals, and you can either set it as private storage or for all Guild members. Those keen on cosmetic customization (the true end-game) can use the new Antique Dresser for transmog, adopting the looks of different armor.
Of course, that’s only scratching the surface, as this update also adds Photo Mode and the Drafting Table to obtain high-rarity blueprints by combining low-rarity duplicates. Other quality-of-life changes include Ice Pals now slowing decay for items in the Flea Market, new NPCs (and overall improved NPC behavior), and much more. Check out the full patch notes below.
