After dropping its first update for the Terraria collaboration last year, Pocketpair’s Palworld has announced Tides of Terraria for release on June 25th. This larger update features much more content and, based on the recent animated trailer, some familiar foes. Check it out below.
Yes, that is the Terra Blade, one of the strongest weapons in Terraria, and the Moon Lord, its final “story” boss. Whether both are included or not remains to be seen, but the developer teases that players can “capture, train, fight, and work monsters from Terraria.” similar to Pals. There will also be new Pals and new islands arriving alongside this update.
The full extent of the content is still unknown, so stay tuned for more details in the coming days. Palworld is available in early access on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. It crossed 32 million players earlier this year and is currently readying for its ending scenario at the World Tree. As for Terraria, it sold over 60 million copies and is playable on previous and current-gen platforms.
