Path of Exile Delve League

Grinding Gear Games has finally unveiled its newest Challenge League for Path of Exile: Delve, an essentially infinite dungeon full of tough threats, powerful gear, and much more. Check out the trailer below to see it in action.

Taking place in the Azurite Mine, which has been infested by a powerful darkness, players will move with a Crawler through the mine’s depths. One can choose the path they take, facing powerful encounters and enemies along the way (with some being touted as “much harder” than end-game Maps). Of course, players can travel off the base path with flares, and use dynamite to find hidden rewards.

Azurite located within the mine can be used to upgrade the Crawler, flare capacity, and much more to help venture deeper into the mine. Expect to see different types of biomes as well, with unique enemies and bosses throughout, some of them being essentially “lost cities” from Wraeclast’s past.

The Delve League will also see ten new/reworked skills for the Guardian and the Pathfinder, along with new items, improvements to the graphics engine, and much more. It goes live on August 31st, so if you’ve yet to complete the Incursion League, get on that quick.
