Overkill Software’s Payday 2 will be heading to the Xbox One and PS4 but the PC version is still benefiting from DLC additions. The latest one to arrive is the Gage Shotgun Pack which adds a bunch of new weapons, primarily three powerful shotguns that will rip through enemies.
These include the M1014, which has a semi-automatic version that can be modified with laser sights and a flashlight; the Raven 12-gauge pump action which also features a mini-variant for stealth; and the 12-gauge Street Sweeper which includes a long and short barrel that can be modified. You’ll also have new melee weapons with the tomohawk, machete, baton and shovel. New masks include the baboon, gorilla, orangutan, and squirrel monkey.
You’ll also have special ammo such as the 000 buckshot, tungsten darts, the He round – which is a hollow point explosive slug – and the armour penetrating slug.
Overkill says the DLC will be available later today on Steam for $4.99 so stay tuned within the next 6 hours.
