Before playing an RPG, you usually have to prepare yourself to scroll through an endless amount of menus, for everything from battles to customization. In Persona 5, however, Atlus have cleaned things up rather well. Rather than the wheels or lists in the menus of Persona 3 and 4, this time around, there’s a specific button assigned as a shortcut to major actions like melee attacks, gun attacks, using items, abilities or summoning personas, making for faster and more fluid battles.
