Persona 5

New details regarding Atlus’s recently announced Persona 5 have been revealed and it seems that the game will be set in a new modern day world, with a new sense of values.

The characters in the game all have one thing in common: Each is living the hard life and restrained by something or the other. There will be a juvenile school setting, but the mood with differ and Atlus is aiming to provide a feeling of reassurance to series’ fans. Atlus also wants players to feel passion, cry, laugh and feel elated once everything is said and done with.

Will we be seeing a new battle system? A new graphics engine and art style? For that matter, will it be releasing outside of Japan anytime in the near future? We’ll need to wait longer for more details. Persona 5 is currently slated to arrive in Winter 2014 for the PlayStation 3 in Japan. Stay tuned for more details.
