While those of us outside Japan will have to wait until Spring of next year to get our hands on Persona 5 Royal, the game actually releases today in the land of the rising sun. The enhanced re-release promises to steal 100 more hours from you life, and to celebrate we got a launch trailer that’s all about wrecking havoc.

The trailer is an animated short and reuses a lot of footage from the game’s opening, which you can see here. The trailer highlights the Phantom Thieves as they destroy things with glee, along with plenty of flashy and fun visuals that fans of the original game will find familiar. It doesn’t really capture what happens in the actual game, but hey, it’s a fun little piece.

Persona 5 Royal will release exclusively on PlayStation 4 in 2020. If you don’t feel like revisiting the game again, don’t worry, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is also coming, which you can read more about through here.
