Persona 5’s New Trailer Shows Off The Velvet Room Assistants

Steal their hearts.

Posted By | On 07th, Mar. 2017

With Persona 5 less than a month away, the trailers for the game are coming in thick- and this newest one shows off Caroline and Justine, the two twins who are now going to be assistants to Igor in the Velvet Room, the mysterious realm between mind and matter, dream and reality that each Persona protagonist is invited into.

Caroline and Justine seem very unlike Elizabeth or Margaret, who were the Velvet Room assistants in Persona 3 and 4 respectively- but they do seem to fit in with the tone of this game better. Getting closer to Caroline and Justine will eventually lead to you being able to fuse better Personas, and getting more functions for your Persona compendium- so it’s to your advantage to spend time with them, learning more about them.

Persona 5 is due out on April 4 on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in North America and Japan. It launched in Japan on September 15 last year. Make sure to watch the new trailer below.
