Persona Q2’s New Trailer Introduces Us to Persona 3’s Junpei Iori

The first of Persona Q2's character trailers introduces us to Junpei.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth will be bringing together the casts of Persona 3 (including the oft-ignored Persona 3 Portable), Persona 4, and Persona 5 in one glorious adventure. With almost 30 characters, spanning the full expanse of modern Persona‘s history, it promises to be fan service of the highest order.

Now, Atlus have shared their first character focused trailer for Persona Q2, this one (re-) introducing us to Junpei Iori, the lovable best friend to the protagonist of Persona 3. Notably, this trailer is in Japanese, so it is extremely unlikely you understand much, if any, of it- but for Persona fans, simply seeing chibi-Junpei do his thing will likely be enough for now.

In the coming weeks, we can presumably expect character focused trailers for the full casts of Persona 3, Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4, and Persona 5, so Persona fans have that to look forward to (I’ll be keeping my eye out for the Makoto trailer). Persona Q2 launches this November in Japan. Right now, a western release has not been announced.
