Phantom Blade Zero turned plenty of heads since its announcement last year, and though updates on the game had slowed down since then, developer S-Game premiered a new gameplay trailer at the recent Summer Game Fest showcase.

The trailer focuses primarily on combat, showcasing the game’s slick, aggressive fights. Plenty of enemies are glimpsed in the trailer, indicating an impressive amount of variety not only in the regular enemies, but also bosses, a handful of which are showcased in this trailer as well. Beyond that, the trailer shows more of the game’s steampunk setting, some of its traversal mechanics, and more. Check it out below.

S-Game has additionally also confirmed that hands-on experiences with Phantom Blade Zero are going to be available at several events this year, including Summer Game Fest, Gamescom, and Tokyo Game Show.

Phantom Blade Zero is in development for PS5 and PC. A release date has yet to be announced.
