Phil Spencer: Our Teams Are Focused On Building Great E3 Demos For Xbox One

I blame Twitter.

Phil-Spencer

In what might be a hilarious occasion of a response losing its intended meaning, Phil spencer today took to Twitter, and answered a fan’s question by stating that all Xbox development teams were busy on building great demos, so that they would be able to put their best feet forward at E3 this summer.

Of course, what Phil probably meant was that the teams are hard at work developing the games, and they will be showcasing great demos at E3; unfortunately, with the 140 character limit that Twitter imposes, there is only so much that he can say, and it was probably just an unfortunate case of unintended mis-translation.

“Most of our game news will be the summer at the shows, teams are focused on building great demos and need the time,” he said. In any case, it is nice to see that Microsoft is taking E3 seriously- with sales of Xbox One seriously falling behind the PS4, it is important for Microsoft to make a good impression.
