Phil Spencer Talks About Xbox One’s Backwards Compatibility, Windows 10, Upcoming Games And More

Xbox boss boasts games line up, talks about the Xbox One community, upcoming tech and services for Windows 10 and Xbox One.

After delivering an amazing press conference during Gamescom earlier this week, Phil Spencer the man behind all things Xbox has shared his thoughts on upcoming games and technologies in this interview published by the official Xbox Youtube channel.

Spencer spoke about how they are interacting with the Xbox community to get more games on the backwards compatibility list along with support from third party publishers which he termed as great. He further shared his thoughts on the success of Windows 10 and how he wants to make sure that the new OS along with Xbox One receive the right games along with new and old tech such as DirectX 12, Xbox Live and ensuring that two platforms are connected to each other.

And finally he spoke about the line up for Xbox One in 2015 and 2016 which includes some big ones such as Halo Wars 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. You can check out the full interview below.
