Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2

Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is getting its first free content on Tuesday, March 8. Popcap Vancouver announced that the new content is going to be called the Graveyard Variety Pack. This content pack is going to be offered on the Xbox One, the PS4 and the PC through EA’s Origin service. While the pack is mostly being billed as a way to offer up new maps modes, PopCap also says there will be some new balancing on offer.

Among the new maps that are going to be in included in this content pack is the brand new Zomburbified Garden Center map: Aqua Center. This particular map was actually first seen in the original Plants vs Zombies. These days, the Aqua Center has been overrun by zombies and refurbished by Dr. Zomboss. While that is the most specific information being offered up for this content drop, there are a number of things that are obviously being kept on the down low until the pack launches.

PopCap has said there are also going to be character changes and tweaks. The other map we know for sure is going to be included in the Graveyard Variety Pack is a nighttime version of the Great White North Map. Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 was released on February 23, 2016 and the game is already getting some new content. That seems to be good news for fans of the series. If you haven’t bought the game yet, check out this walkthrough to see whether it might be for you.
