PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds might be one of the biggest games in the world right now, but unfortunately with such popularity comes those who would abuse the system and take the fun out of it for everyone else. The development team continues to combat these bad actors, and has now established a dedicated team to focus on it.

This new team has already built an all new anti-cheat system that’s ready for deployment on the PC version within the week, and is currently on the test server. The new solution is focused on preventing the kind of cheating programs that alter or delete game files in any way.

The new anti-cheat systems, which the team will continue to upgrade to combat the constant new cheating methods, bring with them an enhanced in-game report function and file modification lock-outs .
