PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds

PUBG Corp had revealed details yesterday about a ping-based matchmaking system that they are working  on. While the team had planned to implement this system earlier, they have been delayed due being occupied with working on anti-cheat measures. There have also been delays to the announcement of new content that we can expect to see in 2018.

In their post regarding the new update, the team stated that they will reveal their plans for new content for the first half of 2018 in March. Along with other things, we can also expect to receive details regarding a new map and other “improvements and modifications to create a deeper and more realistic gameplay.” It’s certainly exciting to think about a new map since it could be any kind of locale, whether it is of a snowy region or a city locale or something else entirely.

We’ll just have to wait until next month for new information. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently available for the PC, and as Game Preview title for the Xbox  One.
