PlayStation 4: All The Power is Inside, No Power Brick

Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida  has just confirmed via twitter that the PlayStation 4 will not require a power brick, instead all of the power is inside the console itself. This is good news for those who are afraid of having separate hardware objects over-heating or taking up your space in the living rooms.

Here is the official statement from the tweet:

“The power is inside, so no brick outside.”

The PlayStation 4 is smaller, less expensive, extremely powerful and doesn’t require a power brick. The amount of positive news for Sony has been a joy to fans unlike the Microsoft’s DRM confusion and the 180 reversal that happened out of nowhere despite Microsoft claiming that its impossible for them to reverse the the DRM.
