PlayStation has always been a firm believer in playing together. It comes as no shocker, then, that the way the company will be celebrating Valentine’s Day is by bringing together everyone on the PlayStation platform. Sony has announced that to celebrate the week of love, they will be making multiplayer on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 free for everyone to try and play out. Normally, PlayStation users need to subscribe to PlayStation Plus to play games online (barring the free-to-play online games).

The free period starts from February 12 at 12:01 AM local time and will go on till February 14, wrapping up at 11:59 PM. To accompany the announcement, Sony has partnered up with Capcom’s Monster Hunter World for a promotional video, which plays the evergreen Richard Marx song “Right Here Waiting” in the background. Check it out below.

In other PlayStation news, PS5’s system software beta recently kicked off, adding open parties, voice commands, and more. Read more on that through here.
