Everyone and their grandmother is getting all excited about the next generation of consoles. We’ve already seen a peek at some launch titles for them, and the current crop of systems are starting to show their age. With every little nugget of information they feed us, we just get hungrier. But 2019 has been a benchmark year for gaming, and today we got a neat video to highlight that.

In a new video released via PlayStation Europe, we got a montage of some of the best and biggest titles of the year. Sony first party titles, of course, are here with Death Stranding, Concrete Genie, Days Gone and MediEvil getting spots, but it also highlights some of the biggest third party titles such as Sekiro, Resident Evil 2 and Devil May Cry 5. Check it out below.

It’s a great package to watch as you sip some hot cocoa (or maybe a more adult beverage) as the new year dawns on us. It also might give you a little something extra to put into your backlog at the start of 2020.
