Hopefully, we'll get to know more soon.

The PlayStation Now service is one that allows players to stream games on their console. Now, it look like users may be able to make use of an option in the future that will allow them to download games using the service.

Recently, a Reddit user named satertek shared a screenshot of the new pause menu for PlayStation Now which shows the download options. As of now, the option doesn’t seem to do anything at all, but we can expect it be function at some point in the future. Our guess is that it’s going to allow players to download some PS4 games, in a way similar to how the Xbox Game Pass works. Hopefully, Sony will make an announcement and soon to let us know how exactly it’s going to work.

The PlayStation Now service was launched some time ago across all regions, and you will be able to stream a number of PS4 games using the service. Take this report with a grain of salt as usual until this is confirmed by Sony and when that happens will be sure to report back.
