PlayStation Plus August Instant Game Collection Revealed: Crysis 3, Fez and More

Sony finally reveals its free titles for next month.

After a bogus report on the same, a new video has surfaced on the official PlayStation YouTube channel which shows off the free games PlayStation Plus subscribers can expect in August.

PS4 users will be receiving two free games next month, namely the Road Not Taken, a rogue-like title from the makers of Triple Town on mobiles, and Fez by Polytron Corporation, arguably one of the best indie platformers in recent years. Less noteworthy than the game was its creator Phil Fish who quit the industry following a Twitter spate but that doesn’t diminish how great Fez is.

PS3 users can look forward to Crysis 3 and Proteus while PlayStation users will receive Metrico, a puzzle platforming title, and Dragon’s Crown. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5 to 7 will be making its way to European PS Plus subscribers only.
