Sony has announced that the release date for PlayStation Vita, their upcoming handheld system, will be announced at the Tokyo Game Show.
Sony recently announced that PS Vita will be released in Japan in time for Holidays, but that it will not be out in Europe and US before early 2012. Kaz Hirai, president of Sony, also feels there’s no need to lower the Vita’s price just because the 3DS got a price cut.
