It all comes together...

Pokemon Sun and Moon 3

Pokemon Sun/Moon look absolutely glorious, like the craziest, best, most inventive, and most ambitious sentry in a series known for otherwise being a bit safe and erring on the side of tradition. The more we have seen of these games, the more we have been excited for them- and now, with this newest trailer for Pokemon Sun/Moon, which was dropped stealthily yesterday without much in the way of explanation, I think I can safely say- I’m all aboard the hype train.

The new trailer features some incredible music that I really hope makes it into the final game, and is expertly edited and put together, showing off snatches of Sun/Moon‘s story, and hinting at something greater happening in the game than we might be able to guess. They also show the two legendaries, Lunaala and Solgaleo, engaged in… something. But a vast interdimensional rift sort of thing seems to open up right at the end, so whatever it is, I am sure we can assume it will be something big.

Check out the new trailer for the game for yourself below. Pokemon Sun/Moon will launch exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS on November 18 in North America and Japan, with a European launch to follow just a few days later on November 23.
