Pokemon Sun and Moon 3

Pokemon Sun/Moon is just a little over a month away from release, at this point, but that isn’t stopping Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company from showing us more of it. In fact, in this brand new trailer for the game, they show us multiple new Pokemon, including new evolutions, all new species, and new Alola variants of classic Pokemon.

The trailer also showcases new trainers in the game, including multiple Trial Captains, who will apparently also each be specializing in a single type of Pokemon- much like the gym trainers that they are replacing. While I must admit that that is a bit disappointing, as it reduces the functional difference between a trial captain and a gym leader a bit, I am curious to see how the trials themselves will figure into this all.

Pokemon Sun/Moon are due out exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS on November 18 in North America and Japan, with the European release following on November 23.
