Portal 2 Gets Delayed Again… But Not By That Much

Posted By | On 19th, Nov. 2010

Valve has announced that the Portal 2 release has been delayed once again, but only by two months and has given us an actual date of release that is apparently solid.  They originally stated that the game will now be released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Mac on “the week of April 18th, 2011.”  Shacknews managed to get a more precise date a release being April 20th in North America, and April 22 in Europe.

Portal 2 is apparently going to be released Episodically, much like the Half Life series which is disappointing but good because we will get to play the game earlier, otherwise the game might have been delayed even longer.  Originally planned for a 2010 Holiday release then delayed until February 9th, 2011 we now have a solid date of release on April 20-22, 2011.  The only question remains now is where is the rest of the Half Life episodes?
