Preorder Thief, Get Exclusive In Game Mission

Exclusive mission pays tribute to classic styled Thief gameplay.

Thief, the upcoming reboot of the classic Eidos stealth series with the same name, today announced The Bank Heist, an in game mission in Thief that will be exclusively available to those who pre-order the game.

The new mission has players infiltrate the Stonemarket First Bank, the ‘most secure location in the city,’ to steal the Star of Auldale, a coveted family heirloom. The mission will be a high difficulty mission, designed simultaneously to be challenging while also be an homage to the classic style gameplay of Thief and Thief II, will have exclusive security measures found only in this mission, along with loot that cannot be found in any other level either.

Any pre-order for the game made ahead of its February 25, 2014 launch will be eligible to receive this mission.

Thief launches next year on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PCs. Stay tuned for more coverage and info.
