A new video for Arkane and Bethesda’s Prey from PAX East shows off over 40 minutes of gameplay. The video comes courtesy of YouTube user lzuniy, and is a recording of Bethesda’s showcase of footage for the highly anticipated upcoming science fiction horror shooter.

Prey has nothing to do either with the original game bearing the same name, or with its canceled sequel. The new game appears to be a System Shock spiritual successor, and from everything that we have seen of it, appears to be atmospheric, tense, and highly promising. Fans of old school shooters will probably enjoy this new game.

Prey is due out on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on May 5. Make sure to watch the video below, and see for yourself what you think. Will you be picking this game up? Let us know in the comments section, and stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
