Prey Will Have Post Launch DLC, Game Will Require Multiple Playthroughs To See All Alien Powers

This is not a game you can play once and be done with.

Bethesda and Arkane’s Prey, the upcoming science fiction horror RPG shooter that has absolutely nothing to do with the previous game bearing the same name but looks awesome nonetheless, will have post launch DLC after all. This should really be a given for any modern game these days, but given some high profile announcements going in the opposite direction in the last few weeks and months, maybe some peple held out hope? Who knows.

Creative Director Raphael Colantonio recently talked Prey’s longevity to AListDaily, confirming that the game will have some type of post-release DLC. This, combined with the fact that all alien powers cannot be experienced in one playthrough – also confirmed at the event – means that the game should have some pretty good longevity and replayability.

Prey is due out in May on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game looks pretty damn good, and I’d definitely recommend fans of old school PC shooters to look into it. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
