Slightly Mad Studios’ Project CARS 2 will be releasing on September 22nd 2017 in North America for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Publisher Bandai Namco has also confirmed that the racing simulator will be playable at E3 2017.

This will be the first public demo for the game and it will showcase three scenarios – Rallycross, Road Racing and Multi-Class Racing.

Fans will also get the chance to experience the revamped controls and vehicle handling. The new E3 trailer also showcases the Career Mode and its new “sandbox” approach. This seems to indicate a more free path for building up your career, starting from karts and working your way up.

Slightly Mad promises nine disciplines to choose from overall. You’ll have to beware of the AI though which has been re-calibrated to provide a highly realistic experience.
