Twitch

All PS Vita owners, take note- for a change, Sony have decided to add a new app to their handheld, instead of making the old ones incompatible and taking away functionality. The Twitch app is now available on the Vita, meaning all Vita owners can now finally see all those games that they will never get to play on their Vita- on their Vita.

I kid, I kid. I love the Vita. Still, you have to admit that it’s an easy target. Anyway, the new app is only 16MB, and comes with the following features:

  • Live and recorded video of top games, players & esports events
  • Ability to follow channels and games you want to keep tabs on
  • Special section to highlight PlayStation broadcasters

So, it’s nothing special, and you don’t even get the ability to broadcast your own gameplay, which is a bummer, but eh. It is what it is, I suppose.
