Thief:

While we will be seeing the new Thief on the next generation hardware and PC, but if you don’t have either of them that will be able to run this long anticipated title, then your best bet may be to pick it up on the PS3. The original Thief title made a big splash, with an immersive and well designed 3D world. It was also the first game of it’s kind, in the sense that the players was strongly advised to not attempt to kill everyone they came across in game.

This is some of the same, classic yet engaging gameplay that hooked us to being with that will be coming back in the new title. The game emphasizes on stealth and guile over overt action and violence to complete the your mission. While the Thief games have historically had a bit of a steep learning curve, it’s an incredibly satisfying way to play a game though, and requires some real thought and planning in some missions. There is also some pretty awesome and unique gear that you’ll be able to use. Thief may just be the last game to steal your heart come February 2014 on the PS3.
