Not a very long wait though.

Those of you who were looking forward to playing Bloodborne may be in for a little disappointment, as the game has been delayed to March 2015. Granted that it’s not a very long time, in fact it’s only a matter of few weeks, but a delay is a delay. However take it as a good sign, because the developers want to polish up their game to give the players a good product.

The game’s producer Masaaki Yamagiwa had the following to say regarding the delay, “As many of you know, earlier this year we announced that our forthcoming PS4 game, Bloodborne, would launch in February 2015. Unfortunately, I’m here today to announce a short delay to the release date, as we need more time to deliver you the best possible final experience.”

“We were really grateful for all the player data and feedback we received from those who took part in our recent limited alpha test, and this extra development time will allow us to better integrate these learnings into the game.”

It is to be noted that The Order 1886, another PS4 exclusive is due in February 2015 so perhaps Sony did not wanted to risk either exclusive’s sales.
