Dreams

Media Molecule is working on Dreams, a game that looks like it’s quite impressive thanks to the number of screen shots that have been released previously. There’s a certain art style that isn’t really photorealistic but there’s definitely something to be said for the way the developers have put this game together.

Now a brand new video released by the developers shows the rather interesting creative tools the game has to offer. It appears that quite a bit of what makes this game great is that there are all kinds of different things that can be made inside the game and then played with in a number of different locations.

It starts out with Level Designer John Beech showing the creativity tools’ abilities by building a kind of mech warrior and then the scene for it. Another developer is sitting next to him, talking about how everything works. Once the mech is put together, we get to see it in action as the developers talk about what they expect the game to be when it’s finally finished.
