PS4 Exclusive NieR Automata Will Have Huge Range of Enemies, Large Amount of Weapons

More information promised for March.

NieR Automata (8)

We just received a blowout on the highly improbable NieR Automata, the sequel to the cult hit original NieR, that is coming exclusively to the PlayStation 4 some time next year, in Japanese magazines Famitsu and Dengeki (translation provided by DualShockers). And a lot of this information sounds pretty damn exciting.

For example, consider that the game will have a huge amount of weapons- well beyond the two that we have seen already. There will apparently be extremely huge machine enemies. The one shown in the trailer isn’t even close to the biggest, as we are promised that enemies reach colossal sizes in this game. Some might even drive vehicles, and there will generally be a lot of variety in the enemy types that players encounter.

In addition to this, multiple main characters were also confirmed for the game, as were DLC costumes. We were also promised that more information on the game would come in March 2016.

On the whole, NieR Automata looks more and more promising the more we hear of it- as well it should, being a Platinum game and all.
