Earlier today GameStop announced that they officially have a limited supply of PlayStation 4 consoles now in stock. There has been a worldwide shortage of the systems since its release, with each location selling out almost immediately.

Darron Nielsen, GameStop’s senior merchant commented on the situation and GameStop’s efforts to work with Sony to replenish stock as soon as possible:

“As expected, we experienced tremendous customer demand for the new PS4 console during the initial launch and throughout the holiday season, selling out of the consoles just as quickly as we could stock them. We have been working closely with Sony to replenish our inventory levels of the PS4 as quickly as possible to ensure the many customers still looking to purchase one are able to do so.”

In addition to the console itself, GameStop is also selling the entirety of PlayStation 4 accessories and games. Hurry while supplies last if you want one.
