PS4 won’t sell well says an ex-Sony employee

Oh boy, it seems that we have the first indication that Sony may be going with a cheaper console that targets the casual audience and according to a review discovered by Superannuation, it seems that he isn’t liking Sony’s new direction.

He says that he does not believe the PS4 aka Orbis will sell all that well because it is aimed at the casual market and won’t do a good job at that. He points all the failures by Sony like the PS Move, 3D and other things and lastly says that Sony’s market is the core and they should concentrate on that.

Here is what he had to advise the company:  Improve marketing and focus on your core gamer. Repair the relationship with 3rd Party Publishers. Stop investing in low margin areas where you can’t compete, like casual games. Focus on the core gamer. That is your market!
